Although Connert Media has never been a fan of Walmart because of their low wage policies, this action makes them a winner in our court.
Walmart has asked Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith (MS-R) for a contribution Walmart made to her campaign when she made comments about attending a hypothetical “public hanging” on November 2, 2018, near a ranch in Tupelo, Mississippi. She even then double downed by stating that “I’d be on the front row.”[1]
Other contributions have already been returned.[2]
